1. Go to Settings-->Settings
2. Select an option of Module Name and add name of module of which the access to be given to an user. For e.g. Service and Save it
3. Select an option of Document Name and add the name of document/screen like Customer, Quotation, Contract etc. one by one and Save them
4. Select an option of User Authorization, a screen will open
5. In Role Information section add a Role which the user has, for e.g. Back Office
6. Description is optional
7. Below description option a "Screen Authorization" is there
8. Select the Module Name as Service and Document Type as Customer, Quotation, Contract one by one and add them into the table
9. Save the details
10. Now select an option of User, an user screen will open
11. Select name of employee from Employee Name drop down to which back office role to be given
12. Set the user name and password for user
13. Select role as Back Office from User Role drop down
14. Email Id will be mapped automatically right after employee name is selected
15. Save the user details
16. Logout from system by using logout option
17. Login into system with user's login credentials having a role of Back Office
18. Once an user logs in into system successfully, he/she can see only those screens/options which are assigned to him/her role
